Welcome to University Veterinary Specialists! Our blog will provide you with the latest information about our hospital, information about changes or events in our industry, and educational articles to help you gain new knowledge about caring for your pet.
Our hospital construction is almost complete and we plan to open our doors before the end of July! We are very excited to join the South Hills community here in Peters Township and we look forward to getting to know you and your pets. Our staff is currently working to get our equipment setup, our medications stocked, and our medical protocols published. We are bringing in doctors and staff from around the country and helping them to settle in Pittsburgh. We are proud of where we live and enjoy watching new people learn about what a comfortable area the South Hills of Pittsburgh truly is.

Also, if you belong to any type of pet group in town and you are interested in setting up an educational event at our facility, please feel free to reach out to us so that we can work together to setup a seminar for your group.
